
Tim has over 25 years of international experience in finance, accounting and operational leadership across multiple industries. Before joining Adtran, he served as executive VP and CFO at Conn’s HomePlus, where he led financial strategy through a period of significant transformation, including a $1 billion acquisition and capital restructuring. Prior to that, he was SVP and global controller at PRA Group, overseeing the international accounting, financial reporting and compliance of a $3 billion portfolio.
Tim has also held leadership roles at Grant Thornton and GE, specializing in financial management, corporate controllership and process transformation. While at GE, he was a graduate of an executive leadership program that included participation in executive education at Harvard Business School. He started his career at PwC, where he obtained his Certified Public Accountant certification.
Tim holds an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
