Post clear and detailed job descriptions, schedule interviews in a timely manner, and make hiring decisions as efficiently as possible to avoid losing out on great candidates.

We recommend following the 10/5/2 approach. Identify ten screened/ vetted qualified top candidates in your pool. Complete phone interviews with five of them, then final interviews with the top two.

Make an offer to the top candidate in a timely manner.

Lastly, make sure your virtual onboarding processes are supportive and clear for all new hires.
