Loredana Sainato is Director of Client Services at Cowen Partners Executive Search. With a strong background in business development, client relations, and operational leadership, she brings a results-driven and relationship-focused approach to every opportunity, and is passionate about building lasting client relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and driving meaningful growth.
During her time at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), Loredana worked closely with clients to identify research solutions and opportunities tailored to their needs, while consistently achieving revenue targets. Her experience across financial services, client operations, and team leadership has given her a well-rounded perspective and the ability to understand client needs, develop thoughtful solutions, and deliver measurable results.
Prior to her career in financial services, Loredana gained experience in the medical field while also playing an active role in her family’s long-standing restaurant business. These experiences helped shape her strong work ethic, adaptability, and natural curiosity, while instilling in her a genuine desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
Loredana holds a degree in Psychology from Rowan University. Outside of the office, she is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys working with clients in the gym, helping them become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.
