With nearly 20 years of experience in people strategy and talent management, Felicia has a proven track record of success in building and scaling human resources departments across various industries, such as Enterprise SaaS, Fintech, Healthtech, Ad-tech, People Tech, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Real Estate and more.
She has led HR teams across the globe and served as the Chief People Officer for several of her clients, as well as the Global Head of Performance Management for WPP, a leading advertising and communications giant with over 100,000 employees.
Her expertise includes total rewards, DEI, succession planning, L&D, performance management, and people analytics, and has been instrumental in scaling startups from the ground up and founding her own people management and analytics solution.
Felicia is a lifelong student and will graduate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Education program in 2024, and holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Business Psychology.
She is also a certified facilitator and coach in various psychometric assessments and leadership development tools from the Center for Creative Leadership and Korn-Ferry International.
