Before joining Cowen Partners, Emily served as Search Team Lead and Search Director at a boutique executive search firm, where she was a builder of both people and process. She developed an original training ecosystem from the ground up, including manuals, video tutorials, and standardized protocols, and personally mentored junior recruiters into Search Director roles. She also helped design a proprietary operational framework blending EOS and Lean methodologies, reflecting her commitment to continuous improvement in talent acquisition.
A graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a degree in Public Relations and Communications, Emily brings a natural ability to connect with people and understand diverse perspectives to every search she leads. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, running, cooking, painting, and reading.
