“One example that comes to mind is at Chevron Corporation. Eimear P. Bonner, VP and chief technology officer (CTO) at the oil giant, has been appointed the next CFO, effective March 1, 2024. Bonner will succeed Pierre Breber, VP and CFO since 2019, who will retire from Chevron in 2024 after 35 years at the company.
