I now advise CEOs, People Leaders, and VC’s and I specialize in helping companies build a strong people operations foundation, create top-notch employee experiences, avoid expensive mistakes, and plan for the future. I provide strategic and tactical support across all areas of HR and Recruiting and work in a Fractional and Interim Chief People Officer capacity as well as project-based consulting.
